Q. What is your return policy?
A. Payment, minus shipping and handling, will be refunded for unopened products returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please note: All media purchases (DVD, video, or audio) must have the shrink-wrap in tact in order to be returned.
To initiate a return, please e-mail returns@cherylrichardson.com for instructions. We will not deduct the cost of postage if you received a damaged or defective product.
We will issue a credit to your Visa or Mastercard once we have received your package and processed the return.
Q. Is it safe to order online at MyExtremeSelfCare.com?
A. Yes, our webstore is secure. Our shopping cart system uses state-of-the-art technology to highly encrypt your sensitive information, preventing any third parties from retrieving it. We are proud of the fact that we have never had even one occurrence of credit card fraud through our store. Also, please know that we never sell or share our customer email lists or information.
Q. To what countries do you ship orders?
A. We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. To our international friends, when checking out, please note that you will be charged domestic shipping rates. Once your order is placed, additional shipping charges, based on the global cost calculated by the United States Postal Service, will then be required to ship your order. Should this additional cost exceed $6 USD, you will receive an email requesting your approval prior to shipping. Once we receive your approval, the order will be shipped. We do reserve the right to refuse shipment to a country that may have postal problems. Any questions, please contact Holly, our eCommerce Coordinator, at holly@cherylrichardson.com.
Q. How long will it take for me to get my order?
A. On average, orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Please anticipate 5-8 business days from date of purchase to receive orders shipped within the United States. International orders will take longer depending on the individual country customs and response time from customer regarding the approval of any applicable additional shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: When identifying a shipping address, be sure to choose a secure one where packages can be easily received. Once the US Postal Service confirms delivery, Richardson Enterprises is not responsible for lost packages.
Q. Do you offer any bulk discounts?
A. Orders of 15 or more of the exact same product are often eligible for certain discounts. Discounts are based on the product, shipping address, as well as other criteria. Please e-mail Holly for details regarding your specific situation. You may reach her at holly@cherylrichardson.com.
Q. My order is not going through. Why?
A. There are a few common reasons why orders are not accepted when placed. Be sure to pay attention to the reason given on the page that appears after you hit “Submit.” Some reasons are:
Declined – Bill to first name is required. Be sure you have entered both your first and last name in the appropriate field(s).
Declined – This transaction has been declined. Your credit card company has declined the transaction. For further information on the reason, contact the card’s issuing bank.
Declined – The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder. The billing address you entered does not match the address listed with your credit card. Please re-check your information.
Q. Do you have a catalog for My Extreme Self Care?
A. Currently we do not produce a printed catalog. All of our products are available for viewing and purchasing right here at myextremeselfcare.com.

Q. What is included in the Shipping and Handling charge?
A. Your shipping and handling charge covers the cost of postage and contributes to the cost of personally and carefully packaging your order and sending it on its way.
A. Shoppers living in the United States are able to track their order. Once we have prepared your package for shipping, you will receive an e-mail from the United State Postal Service with a tracking number and information on how to track your package. Sorry, but we are unable to provide tracking information for international customers.
Q. Can I have a note included with my purchase?
A. Yes. Simply write your note in the Comments box of the order form and we’ll gladly include a gift card with your package.
