This week I thought I’d share a video blog with you instead of a written one. I hosted a Facebook Live session last Thursday evening where I offered viewers a new way to think about whether or not their lives are as gratifying and fulfilling as they could be.
One simple (and very different) question is all it takes to begin to evaluate your level of satisfaction and engagement in life. During this session, I talked about the longing for aliveness, why it’s important to do things that excite and frighten you, and the benefits of taking existing relationships to deeper, more meaningful levels.
If you’re facing a time of transition – the end of a decade, a life change, an empty nest, or midlife (however you define it), I invite you to at least watch the first twenty minutes of this video.
And when you do, let me know what you learn about yourself and the current state of your life.
You can find the vlog, here.

P.S. – This week’s Facebook Live Session will be held on Tuesday, January 16th at 6pm EST/3pm PST. You can join me on my Facebook Page here. And you can always watch previous sessions on my YouTube channel at CherylRichardsonTV here.
